La Société Sonatrach - Activité Liquéfaction, Raffinage et Pétrochimie – Division Développement, sise à Village SH N°06, BP N°74, AIN EL BIA – ORAN informe les soumissionnaires concernés par la consultation sélective N°02/LRP/Pole PEC/LAB/2016 relatif à:
La réalisation d’Etudes d’Engineering de base « FEED » et mission PMC pour le Projet LAB
Que le marché est attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire :
« AmecFoster Wheeler italiana srl» avec un montant de : douze million deux cent cinquante neuf mille quatre cent cinquante deux Euros et deux cent soixante treize million trois cent dix neuf mille deux cent Dinars Algériens (12 259 452 Euro et 273 319 200 DA).
Soit au total un milliard neuf cent cinquante millions quatre cent cinquante-deux mille six cent quatre-vingt-dix Dinars Algériens (1 950 452 690 DA)
Les consultants ayant participé à cette consultation et comptant contester le choix opéré, peuvent introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM auprès de

NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL ATTRIBUTION
The National Company SONATRACH / Liquefaction, Refining and Petrochemicals/ Development Division, Village SH N°06, BP N°74, AIN EL BIA – ORAN informs all the tenderers who participated in the selective consultation N°02/LRP/Pole PEC/LAB/2016 related to:
“The realization of Basic Engineering Studies "FEED" and PMC mission for the LAB Project”
That the contract is provisionally awarded temporary to the tenderer: "AmecFoster Wheeler Italiana srl" for an amount of: twelve million two hundred and fifty nine thousand four hundred and fifty two Euros and two hundred and seventy three million three hundred and nineteen thousand two hundred Algerian Dinars (12,259,452 Euros and 273,319,200 AD).
In total, one billion nine hundred fifty million four hundred and fifty-two thousand six hundred and ninety Algerian Dinars (1 950 452 690 DA)
The consultants who participated in this consultation and intend to contest the choice made, may lodge an appeal within five (05) working days from the notice publication date in the BAOSEM.
