يطن مدير التجهيزات العمومية لولاية معسكر بالتفويض من مسؤول النشاط عن طلب العروض الوطني المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا قصد: انجاز متوسطة على مستوى موقع 550 LPA 680 + LPL قطب 30 هكتار بلدية سيق ولاية مصكر (الأحياء السكنية المدمجة2025) القسط الثابت:
أ-جناح بيداغوجي
ب- (الصرف الصحي + شبكة مياه الشرب + تركيب شبكة مكافحة الحرائق + معدات خزان المياه + شبكة الغاز + محطة المحولات + محل المولد الكهربائي +اضاءة خارجية + تبيئة خارجية + + جدار الاحاطة + متعب جواري + تدفئة مركزية + غرفة المرجل (تدفئة) + خزان مائي ( انجاز وتجهيز) القسط الاشتراطى: ج-ممكنات وضيقيه (02 F3+02F4+01F5).
شروط المشاركة :
يمكن للمقاولات (معنوي أو طبيعي) المؤهلة المشاركة والحائزة على:
= القرات المهنية :
• شهادة التأهيل والتصنيف المهادين نشاط رئيسي بناء، المصنفة من الدرجة الرابعة (04 فما فوق) صالحة يوم فتح العروض
2= القدرات المالية : - متوسط رقم الأعمال لأحسن ثلاث السنوات لخمس سنوات الأخيرة (، 2020، 2021، 2022، 2024-2023) كـ + 150.000.000.00
2- الشيرات التالية:
٤ الإمكانيات البشرية:
٧ مهندس معماري أو ماستر أو مهندس دولة في ميدان البناء .
مبرر ب: نسخة شهادة المطلوبة ، نسخة من شهادة الانتساب الى الضمان الاجتماعي سارية المفعول (نقل من ثلاثة أشهر يوم فتح الاظرفة) وشهادة العمل وشهادة الغيرة المهنية.
المراجع المهنية التي أنجزت على الأقل مشروعين تجهيز من الصنف "A" أو مشروع تجهيز من الصنف "B أو أكثر).
قديم العروض :
جاب على المتعهدين ختم عرضهم الأصلي، يجب تقديم الأظرفة الثلاثة (03) الداخلية منفصلة تحمل كل منها على حدى العبارة : لأطرفة الثلاثة (03) الداخلية تحمل اسم وعنوان العارض وتوضع في الظرف الخارجى مقفل ومختوم ويعمل عبارة:

على مستوى موقع 550 LPA 680 + LPL كلب 30 هكتار بلدية سيق ولاية معسكر (الأحياء السكنية المدمجة2025)
القسط الثابت:
أ- جناح بيداهرمي
ب-( الصرف الصحى + شبكة مياه الشرب + تركيب شبكة مكافحة الحرائق + معدات خزان المهاء + شبكة الغاز+ محطة المحولات + محل المولد الكهربائي +اضماءة خارجية + تهيئة خارجية + +جدار الاحاطة + ملعب جواري + كفتة مركزية + غرفة المرجل (تدفئة) + خزان مائي ( انجاز وتجهيز)
القسط الاشتراطى: ج-سكنات وضيفيه .(F3+02F4+01F5 02)
"لا تفتح إلا من طرف لجنة فتح الأطرفة وتقييم العروض.
• يتم سحب دفتر الشروط من مديرية التجهيزات العمومية، ترسل إلى السيد مدير التجهيزات العمومية لولاية معسكر الحي الإداري الجديد -المنطقة12 ولاية معسكر
* حددت مدة تحضير العروض بـ (15) يوم ابتداء من أول يوم صدور لهذا الإعلان عن طلب العروض الوطني المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا في الجرائد الوطنية الصادرة باللغة الوطنية وباللغة الفرنسية أو الجريدة الرسمية للصفقات المتعامل العمومي.
* حدد تاريخ إيداع العروض في أخر يوم لمدة تحضير العروض قبل الساعة (14H00) زوالا.
* تكون جلسة فتح الأطرفة في نفس أخر يوم لإيداع العروض على الساعة (14H15) زوالا.
* إذا صادف يوم فتح العروض يوم عطلة فإنه يعدد إلى يوم العمل الموالي.
* بيتى المتعاهدون ملزمين بعروضهم طيلة لمدة تساوي مدة تحضير العروض مضافاً إليها ثلاث (03) أشهر ابتداء من تاريخ إيداع العروض. خفظة: يمكن العارضين المشاركة في طلب العروض الوطني المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا الحضور جلسة افتح الاظرفة للملف الترشح ، التقنية والمالية ر مديرية التجهيزات العمومية لولاية معسكر
