(10) أيام ابتداء من تاريخ نشر إعلان المنح المؤقت لهذه الصفقة في اليوميتين الوطنيتين المشار إليهما أعلاه أو النشرة الرسمية لصفقات
المتعامل العمومي، طبقا لأحكام المادتين 82 الفقرة 1,2,3وهو 182 من المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 247/15 المؤرخ في 2015/09/16
المتضمن أحكام الصفقات العمومية وتفويضات المرفق العام.
ولكل المتعهدين المهتمين بمعرفة النتائج المتعلقة بالعرض المالي والتقني يمكنهم التقرب من المصلحة المتعاقدة في أجل أقصاه ثلاثة -03-
أيام بعد أول إعلان لهذا المنح.
