La Société Sonatrach – Exploration Production – Division Production – Direction Régionale de Hassi R’Mel, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres National et International Restreint N° 016/SH-EP/DP/HR/HSE/2019, portant, « Réalisation d'un diagnostic de mise en conformité des installations et équipements industriels relevant de la Direction Régionale de Hassi R’Mel », reparti en Trois (03) lots :

Lot N° 01 : Intégrité des installations et équipements.

Lot N° 02 : Opérations

Lot N° 03 : Diagnostic HSE

Paru au BAOSEM N°1752 du 04/05/2020, Qu’après ouverture et évaluation des offres financières du 26/11/2020, les lots y afférents ont été attribués provisoirement aux soumissionnaires :

Lot N° 01 : APPLUS VELOSI – UAE, pour un montant de Cinq Cent Quarante Quatre Mille Cent Dix Dollars Hors TVA (544 110 ,00 $), avec IBS.

Lot N° 02 : DNV GL France SARL - France, pour un montant de Cent Quatre Vingt Quatre Mille Deux Cent Soixante Un Euros Hors TVA (184 261 ,00 €), avec IBS.

Lot N° 03 : APPLUS VELOSI – UAE, pour un montant de Trois Cent Quatre Mille Sept Cent Un Dollars et Quarante Trois Cents Hors TVA (304 701 ,43 $), avec IBS.

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par la Structure Contractante, peuvent introduire leur recours dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours, ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM, et ce, auprès de la Structure Contractante.

The physical and/or moral persons interested in the Opinion (Notice) of Opened National and International restricted invitation to Tender N° 016/SH-EP/DP/HR/HSE/2019, concerning: «The Carrying out a diagnosis of compliance of industrial facilities and equipment of the Regional Direction of Hassi R’Mel », divided into three (03) Batch’s:

Batch N° 01: Integrity of Installations and Equipment.

Batch N° 02: Operations.

Batch N° 03: HSE diagnosis.

Published in the BAOSEM N°1752 of 04/05/2020, that after opening and evaluation of the financial offers of 26/11/2020, that the lots relating thereto have been temporarily assigned to the following bidders:

Batch N° 01:  APPLUS VELOSI – UAE for a total amount of Five Hundred and Forty-Four Thousand Hundred and Ten Dollars (544 110 ,00 $) Hors Taxes, with IBS

Batch N° 02:  DNV GL France SARL – France for a total amount of One Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-One Euro (184 261 ,00 €) Hors Taxes, with IBS

Batch N° 03: APPLUS VELOSI – UAE for a total amount of Three Hundred Four Thousand Seven Hundred One Dollars and Forty-Three cents (304 701 ,43 $) Hors Taxes, with IBS

Tenderers who disagree the choice made by the Contracting Structure may submit their appeal within five (05) working days, from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM, to the Contracting Structure.
