تعلن مديرية التجهيزات العمومية لولاية الجلفة عن طلب العروض المفتوح مع اشتراط
قدرات دنيا من اجل انجاز ثانوية 200/600 وجبة بدلدول
مقسمة الى الحصص التالية:
الحصة 01 : الجناح البيداغوجي + الجناح الإداري +الخدمات + التهيئة الخارجية ومختلف
الشبكات.
الحصة 02 : السكنات+ نصف داخلية نوع 200 وجبة+ قاعة الرياضة.
## طلب العروض موجه للمقاولات الذين تتوفر فيهم القدرات المهنية والتقنية التالية :

المقاولات المهتمة يمكنها سحب دفتر الشروط مجانا من مديرية التجهيزات العمومية

العروض يجب ان تحتوي على ملف الترشح، العرض التقني والعرض المالي
توضع العروض، ملف الترشح، العرض التقني والعرض المالي في اظرفة منفصلة
ومقفلة باحكام تحمل كل منها تسمية المؤسسة ومرجع طلب العروض وموضوعه
وتتضمن عبارة " ملف الترشح"، " العرض التقني" او "العرض المالي" حسب الحالة.
وتوضع هذه الاظرفة في ظرف رئيسي مقفل باحكام ومغلق يحمل عبارة:

3\) القانون الأساسي للمؤسسة في حالة وجوده
4\) الوثائق التي تتعلق بالتفويضات التي تسمح للأشخاص بإلزام المؤسسة.
5\) نسخة من شهادة التأهيل و التصنيف المهني المطلوبة
6\) رقم الأعمال مبرر بالحصيلة المالية أو C20 للعشر سنوات الأخيرة
7\) الوسائل البشرية
8\) الوسائل المادية
9\) المراجع المهنية خلال الفترة 2014-2024
### ب) العرض التقني
ويحتوي على :
1)التصريح بالاكتتاب( ممضى ومؤرخ ومختوم ومملوء).
2\) المذكرة التقنية التبريرية.
3)دفتر الشروط CPS، ممضى، مؤرخ ومؤشر ويحوي في اخر صفحاته
على العبارة " قرأ وقبل".

## ويحتوى على :
1\) رسالة التعهد ، مستعلم، ممضى، مؤرخ ومؤشر
2)جدول الأسعار الوحدوية، مستعلم، ممضى، مؤرخ ومؤشر
3\) الكشف الكمي و التقديري، مستعلم، ممضى، مؤرخ ومؤشر.
تودع العروض في الآجال المحددة بالعنوان التالي: مديرية التجهيزات العمومية حي
بربيح الجلفة.
مدة تحضير العروض محددة بـ 15 يوم ، ويكون إيداع العروض في اليوم الخامس
عشر من الساعة 8 سا الى 13:30 سا ابتداء من تاريخ أول صدور لهذا الإعلان في الجرائد
اليومية أو في النشرة الرسمية لصفقات المتعامل العمومي وإذا صادف هذا اليوم يوم عطلة أو يوم
راحة قانونية فان هذا اليوم يؤجل إلى غاية يوم العمل الموالي.
تفتح أظرفه العروض التقنية و المالية في جلسة علنية في اليوم الموافق لتاريخ إيداع
العروض على الساعة 14:00 سا بمقر مديرية التجهيزات العمومية .
مدة صلاحية العروض محددة بـ 105 يوم ابتداء من تاريخ إيداع العروض .
يعتبر هذا الإعلان بمثابة دعوة للعارضين من اجل حضور جلسة فتح الاظرفة.
