طبقا لأحكام المادة رقم 46 من قانون رقم 23-12 المؤرخ في 5 أوت 2023 المحدد للقواعد العامة المتعلقة بالصفقات العمومية و
المواد رقم 52 و 65 و 69 من المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 15-247 المؤرخ في 16 سبتمبر 2015 المتضمن تنظيم الصفقات العمومية وتفويضات
المرفق العام ، يعلم ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري لولاية قسنطينة جميع المتعهدين المشاركين في ثاني طلب عروض وطني مفتوح مع
اشتراط قدرات دنيا رقم 020/د.ت.ت.ع.ع.م.ت/2025 قصد القيام بانجاز ثانوية صنف "1000" مثبتة بحي 4000 مسكن عمومي إيجاري
بعين عبيد بلدية عين عبيد ولاية قسنطينة "الأحياء السكنية المدمجة برنامج 2021"، في حصص متفرقة :
\- حصة 01: الجناح البيداغوجي مع التهيئة الخارجية والطرق والشبكات المختلفة (حصة منوحة).
\- حصة 02 : قاعة الرياضة (حصة ممنوحة).
\- حصة 03: جناح السكنات الوظيفية
وبعد تقيم العروض التقنية والمالية، تم منح الصفقة مؤقتا إلى:

فعلى المتعهد الذي يحتج على هذا الإعلان أن يرفع طعنا أمام لجنة الصفقات العمومية المختصة، في مدة لا تتجاوز عشرة (10) أيام ابتداءا من ظهوره
