والصادر في الصحف اليومية الوطنية (أصداء الملاعب) و(ENTRE NOUS) بتاريخ: 22-12-2025.
والمتعلق بإنجاز مدرسة ابتدائية صنف 02 بحي برج باجي مختار.
• الحصة رقم 03 : الطرقات والشبكات المختلفة + التهيئة الخارجية.
• الحصة رقم 04 : المطعم.
• الحصة رقم 05 : جناح السكنات.
