تعلن مديرية التجهيزات العمومية عن مناقصة وطنية مفتوحة مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا متعلقة بإنجاز مدرسة ابتدائية نوع 02 بدومان
عميروش بلدية فريقات.

هذا الإعلان عن المناقصة الوطنية المفتوحة مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا موجه للمؤسسات التي لها:
\- شهادة التأهيل والتصنيف المهنيين من الصنف الثالث (III) وأكثر في مجال البناء كنشاط رئيسي.
\- أنجزت جزء لمشروع من الصنف - B - أو أكثر (مبررة بشهادات حسن التنفيذ مسلمة من طرف أصحاب المشاريع العمومية ).
\- التي لها معدل رقم الأعمال أكبر أو يساوي ل 80 مليون دينار، معدل أفضل 03 رقم الأعمال خلال 05 سنوات الأخيرة (رقم الأعمال يكون
مبرر بالحصائل المالية مؤشر من طرف مصلحة الضرائب).
المؤسسات المهتمة بهذا الإعلان بإمكانها سحب دفتر الشروط على مستوى مديرية التجهيزات العمومية لولاية تيزي وزو، نهج ستيتي،
مقابل للمديرية العامة ل «م .. ص.ك.م)» (المكتب رقم 41).
طبقا لأحكام المادة47 من القانون المؤرخ في 2023/08/05 الذي يحدد القواعد العامة المتعلقة بالصفقات العمومية وطبقا لأحكام المادة 67 من
المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 15-247 المؤرخ في 16 سبتمبر 2015 المتضمن تنظيم الصفقات العمومية وتفويضات المرفق العام، التعهدات تقدم في ثلاثة أظرفة
متفرقة (المادة 1.10 لدفتر الشروط).
ملف الترشح، العرض التقني، العرض المالي، موضوعة في أظرفة متفرقة ومختومة تحمل اسم المؤسسة. المرجع والغرض
وموضوع إشعار المناقصة مع عبارة ملف الترشح، العرض التقني، العرض المالي. هذه الاظرفة توضع في ظرف رابع غير معنون ويحمل
العبارة التالية:" لا تفتح الأظرف إلا من طرف لجنة فتح الأظرف وتقييم العروض. مناقصة وطنية مفتوحة مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا
رقم .. //3./م ت /2025 متعلقة بمشروع بإنجاز مدرسة ابتدائية نوع 02 بدومان عميروش بلدية فريقات.
TRANCHE FERME + TRANCHE CONDITIONNELLE :
و التي توضع وترسل إلى السيد مدير التجهيزات العمومية لولاية تيزي وزو، نهج ستيتي، مقابل للمديرية العامة ل س.و.ص.ش.م»
( المكتب رقم 41).
\- حددت مدة تحضير العروض خمسة عشر (15) يوما ابتداء من النشر الأول لهذا الإعلان في من ر.ص.م.ع» أو الصحافة وجدول الإعلان
على مستوى مقر المديرية.
\- يجب أن تودع العروض بالعنوان المبين أعلاه في اليوم المصادف لآخر يوم لتحضير العروض على الأكثر على الساعة العاشرة
والنصف صباحا (10 سا و30 د).
\- إذا صادف هذا اليوم عطلة أو يوم راحة قانونية، فإن تاريخ إيداع العروض تمتد إلى غاية يوم العمل الموالي.
\- يتم فتح العروض التقنية والمالية في جلسة علنية واحدة بحضور جميع المتعاهدين، في اليوم المصادف لتاريخ إيداع العروض على
الساعة الحادية عشر صباحا (11 سا 00 د) وذلك بمقر مديرية التجهيزات العمومية لولاية تيزي وزو (قاعة الاجتماعات).
\- يبقى المتعاهدين ملتزمين بعروضهم لمدة تعادل مدة تحضير العروض مضاف إليها ثلاثة (03) أشهر، وذلك ابتداء من تاريخ إيداع
العروض.
