الحصة رقم 03: الطرقات والشبكات المختلفة + حائط السياج +الهندسة المدنية للمحول الكهربائي مع تجهيزاته + الهلات التقنية.

طبقا لأحكام المادة 82 من المرسوم الرئاسي 247/15 المؤرخ في 16 سبتمبر 2015 المذكور أعلاه، يمكن للمتعهد الذي يحتج على الاختيار الذي قامت به
المصلحة المتعاقدة في إطار طلب العروض المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا ،أن يرفع طعنا في أجل عشرة (10) أيام ابتداء من تاريخ نشر الإعلان عن المنح
المؤقت ، وإذا تزامن اليوم العاشر مع يوم عطلة يمدد التاريخ المحدد لرفع الطعن إلى يوم العمل الموالي.
يمكن لباقي المتعهدين الراغبين منهم في الاطلاع على النتائج المفصلة لتقديم عروضهم التقنية والمالية بالاتصال بمصالح مديرية التجهيزات العمومية (مصلحة
الصفقات العمومية) في أجل أقصاء ثلاثة (03) أيام ابتداء من اليوم الأول لنشر الإعلان عن المنح المؤقت.
