- بمقتضى أحكام المرسوم الرئاسي 247/15 المؤرخ في 2015/09/16 المتضمن تنظيم الصفقات العمومية وتفويضات المرفق العام ،
تعلم بلدية العين الصفراء كافة المتعهدين المشاركين في طلب العرض المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا رقم 04/ 2025 الخاص بعملية:
إنجاز ساحة عمومية بالمدخل الغربي بحي 17 أكتوبر 1961 بالعين الصفراء.
عن إلغاء المنح المؤقت والإجراء الصادر باليومية الوطنية: "الجزائر الجديدة" الصادرة باللغة العربية بتاريخ: 2025/06/12. والصادرة لفائدة :
مؤسسة أشغال البناء والري في مختلف مراحله- عمار عبد الرحمن -.
وفي هذا الصدد ، تدعوا بلدية العين الصفراء كافة المتعهدين أو المرشحين الراغبين في الإطلاع على مبررات قراراتها الاتصال بمصالحها في أجل أقصاه ثلاثة أيام (03) إبتداءا من أول يوم لنشر هذا الإعلان في النشرة الرسمية لصفقات المتعامل العمومي أو في الصحافة لتبليغهم هذه النتائج كتابيا .
