طبقا لإحكام المادة رقم 66 من المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 247/15 المؤرخ في
2015/09/16 المتعلق بتنظيم الصفقات العمومية والقانون 23-12 المؤرخ في
2023/08/05 والذي يحدد القواعد العامة المتعلقة بالصفقات العمومية يعلن ديوان
الترقية والتسيير العقاري لولاية النعامة عن تمديد آجال تحضير العروض لطلب
العروض المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا تحت رقم 2025/10 والصادر بالجرائد
الوطنية :« Quest Tribune» بتاريخ 2025/04/07 و"منبر القراء" بتاريخ
2025/04/08 من أجل إنجاز 2000/500/300 مسكن عمومي إيجاري (أشغالTCE بما
في ذلك التهيئة ومختلف الشبكات VRD
جماعية صنف 3F برنامج 2024 الشطر الثاني بالعين الصفراء - الموقع الأول -.
موزعة على النحو التالي:
الحصة رقم 01:إنجاز 300/200 مسكن عمومي إيجاري + أشغال التهيئة ومختلف
الشبكات
VRD(إنجاز أشغال قنوات المياه القذرة وقنوات المياه الصالحة للشرب + إنجاز
غرفة لمحول كهربائي مختلط + إنارة عمومية + تهيئة الخارجية) لـ 200 مسكن.
الحصة رقم 02: إنجاز 300/100 مسكن عمومي إيجاري + أشغال التهيئة ومختلف

تاريخ فتح الأظرفة المحدد سالفا هو 2025/04/21 تم تمديده بـ خمسة عشر يوما
(15) ليصبح تاريخ وتوقيت إيداع العروض يوم 2025/05/06 قبل الساعة الواحدة و
النصف على مستوى الأمانة العامة لديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري بالنعامة.
