# اعلان عن المنح المؤقت للصفقة
طبقا لأحكام القانون رقم 23-12 المؤرخ في 05 أوت 2023 المحدد للقواعد العامة المتعلقة بالصفقات العمومية واحكام المواد 65 و82 من المرسوم الرئاسي 15-247 المؤرخ
في 16 سبتمبر 2015، المتضمن تنظيم الصفقات العمومية وتفويضات المرفق العام، تعلم وزارة البريد والمواصلات السلكية واللاسلكية كافة المتعهدين الذين شاركوا في طلب
العروض الوطني المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا رقم 2025/01 من أجل «إنجاز أشغال تهيئة وإعادة ترميم مقر وزارة البريد والمواصلات السلكية والاسلكية، مقسم إلى
حصتين : الحصة رقم 01: معالجة تأكل الاعمدة، والعوارض البلاطات، جدران الاستناد، والمجاري المائية بما في ذلك اشغال الطرق والشبكات المختلفة. الحصة رقم
02: اشغال كتامة الساحة 1 والمساحة 2 بالطابق الأول والاسطح بالطابق الحادي عشر، الطلاء والاشغال المختلفة.
وبعد تقييم ملفات الترشيحات والعروض التقنية والمالية، أسفر على النتائج التالية:
الحصبة 101: عدوى جدوى بسبب عدم مطابقة أي عرض لمحتوى دفتر الشروط.

لوزارة البريد والمواصلات السلكية واللاسلكية خلال أجل لا يتعدى عشرة (10) أيام، ابتداء من اول نشر لهذا الإعلان في الصحف الوطنية (المكتوبة والالكترونية) أو النشرة
الرسمية لصفقات المتعامل العمومي، وإذا تزامن اليوم العاشر مع يوم عطلة او يوم راحة قانونية بعدد التاريخ لرفع الطعن إلى يوم العمل الموالي.
كما يمكن للمتعهدين الراغبين في الاطلاع على نتائج تقييم عروضهم التقنية والمالية، هم مدعوون للتقرب من مديرية ادارة الوسائل - المديرية الفرعية للصفقات والممتلكات
