إذا تزامن اليوم الخامس (5) مع يوم عطلة أو يوم راحة قانونية، يمدد التاريخ المحدد لرفع الطعن إلى يوم العمل الموالي.

أية طعن يصل إلى الشركة خارج الأجل المذكور أعلاه لا يعتد به.

In accordance with Article 27 and 29 of HYPROC’s SC procedure N° 08-R1/2018 of 09/07/2018, the company HYPROC SC informs all bidders participated in call for tender referred above, concerning the Dry Docking and Repair of the vessel LPG/C Rhourd El Hamra,

Any appeal (recourse) to be file within Fifth (05th) days from the publication of the provisional aware in the BAOSEM.

If the Fifth (05^th) day corresponds to a legal holiday, the deadline to establish an appeal will be extending to the next business day.

Any appeal received beyond the above period will not be take into consideration.

Tout recours reçu en dehors de la période ci-dessus ne sera pas pris en considération.
