طبقا لأحكام المادة رقم 49 من قانون المحدد للقواعد العامة المعلقة بالصفقات العمومية رقم 23-12 المؤرخ في 2023/08/05 و المادة رقم 73 من المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 247-15 المؤرخ في 16 سبتمبر 2015, المتضمن تنظيم الصفقات العمومية و تفويضات المرفق العام, يعلن ديوان الترقية والتسيير العقاري للدار البيضاء عن إلغاء المنح المؤقت للصفقة المسندة لفائدة مؤسسة « SARL KHALFI DERRAR» الصـادر بالجريدتين الوطنيتين « El ikhbaria» و« Algerie confluences » " بتاريخ 2024/10/06 المتعلقة بإعلان طلب العروض الوطني المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا رقم 27/م.ص/ م.ع/2024 المتعلق بإنجاز أشغال متوسطة نوع قاعدة ب 6 على مستوى موقع المشروع 1000 مسكن البيع بالإيجار ببرواقي ، بلدية الحراش , ولاية الجزائر :
للسبب الآتي: التمويل الحالي للمشرع لا يغطي تكاليف هذه الصفقة (الشطر المغلق)
