SONATRACH - Direction Centrale Engineering & Project Management (EPM), informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Appel d’Offres International Restreint : N° AO-EPC/003/SH-EPM/RPC-X/2022 du 03/01/2023 « processus en deux (02) étapes » relatif au projet :

Réalisation en EPC d’installations de production de Linear-Alkyl-Benzene « Lab » à Skikda

Que suite à l’ouverture et à l’évaluation des Offres Financières, le contrat est attribué provisoirement à la société : TECNIMONT S.p.A, pour un montant de :

Partie Dinars : 45 273 552 209,00 DZD

Et

Parties Devises :

En Dollars : 219 053 347,00 USD

Et

En Euros : 466 651 980,00 EUR

Les soumissionnaires qui contestent les résultats de l’Appel d’Offres International Restreint sus-cité, peuvent introduire un recours dans un délai de Cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire du Contrat sur le B.A.O.S.E.M.

PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARDING

SONATRACH, Central Direction Engineering & Project Management (EPM), informs all the tenderers having participated in the INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDERS NOTICE OF RESTRICTED N° AO-EPC/003/SH-EPM/RPC-X/2022 of January, 03^rd 2023 «TWO (02) STEPS Process», concerning the project:

Realization in Epc of Linear-Alkyl-Benzene «LAB» production facilities in Skikda

That after the opening and evaluation of the financial tenders, the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer: TECNIMONT S.p.A, for an amount of:

Algerian Dinars part: 45 273 552 209,00 DZD

And

Foreign currency parts:

US Dollars: 219 053 347,00 USD

And

Euros: 466 651 980,00 EUR

The tenderers who contest the results of the International Call for Tenders Notice of Restricted above-mentioned, can introduce recourse in a deadline of Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice of provisional award of the Contract in the B.A.O.S.E.M.
