RESTRAINED NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL CALL TO TENDER N°004/25/DHC
COSIDER Canalisation is launching a restricted national and international call for tenders for the EPC construction of the automatic detection/extinguishing system for the project to bring the Detection/Extinguishing systems of the fire-fighting networks of the RTO-TIARET transport facilities into compliance, divided into three (03) lots:
Lot 01: COMPRESSION CENTER (CC3 MEDARREG);
Lot 02: COMPRESSION CENTER (CC4 NADOR);
Lot 03: PUMPING CENTER (CP6 AIN D'HEB AND DPO TIARET SECTOR).
This call for tenders is aimed at companies that have carried out similar projects (the EPC construction of an automatic detection/extinguishing system), justified by any supporting document attesting to the proper completion of the work (certificate of proper execution or final acceptance report) dated and signed by the client and bearing the wet stamp.
The companies interested by this invitation to tender can withdraw the specifications against a payment of the sum of Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars (10,000 DZD) by payment to the bank accounts N º 002000040440046013979 (Agency 004 Chéraga) and No. 00200100100220016409 (Agency 100 Zeralda) of the Bank Exterior of Algeria (BEA) (payment method valid for national and foreign applicants) and against presentation of a copy of the commercial register, a power of attorney and the original payment vouchers to:

The offers consisting of the documents required in the specification must be presented in two separate envelopes yet stamped by the tenderer.
-The first envelope must contain the technical offer and will bear the technical mention
-The second envelope must contain the financial offer and you will bear the mention financial offer
-these two envelopes will be placed in a third envelope which must be closed and anonymous which will bear the following indication only.

The deadline for submitting tenders is set at Thirty (30) days from the first publication of this notice in the national press.
The Bidders will remain committed by their offers for one hundred twenty (120) days duration as from the date of opening of the folds.
