RÉALISATION EN EPC D’UNE NOUVELLE RAFFINERIE DE PÉTROLE BRUT a CONVERSION PROFONDE D’UNE CAPACITe DE CINQ (05) millions de tonnes/an au niveau de haoud el-hamra – hassi messaoud
Paru sur le BAOSEM N°1441 du 13 11 2017, qu’après l’ouverture et l’évaluation des offres financières, le marché a été attribué provisoirement au Groupement Tecnicas Reunidas & Samsung, pour un montant global en équivalent Dinars de Quatre Cent Quarante Milliards Soixante-Dix-Huit Millions Deux Cent Quatre-Vingt-Quatorze Mille Quinze Dinars Algériens et Trente Trois Centimes (440 078 294 015.33 DZD).
Le soumissionnaire qui conteste le choix opéré par la Direction Centrale Engineering & Project Management peut introduire un recours dans les cinq (05) jours, à compter de la date de parution du présent avis, auprès de :
