SONATRACH - Direction Centrale Engineering & Project Management (EPM), informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à la Consultation Sélective : N° AO-EPC/001/SH-EPM/RPC-O/2022, processus en Deux (02) étapes relatives au projet :
REALISATION EN EPC D’UNE UNITE DE CONVERSION FUEL OIL & INSTALLATIONS ASSOCIEES A RA1K – SKIKDA,
Que suite à l’ouverture et à l’évaluation des Offres Financières des Soumissionnaires déclarés éligibles à la deuxième étape, le Contrat est attribué provisoirement à la Société LARSEN & TOUBRO Limited pour un montant de :
Partie Dinars : 132 716 627 876,00 DZD
Partie Devises :
- En US Dollars : 1 233 250 467,00 $
- En Yen : 81 780 988 700,00 ¥
- En Euros : 384 513 166,00 €.
Les soumissionnaires désirant contester les résultats de la Consultation Sélective, peuvent introduire un recours dans les Cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution du présent avis d’attribution provisoire du Contrat sur le B.A.O.S.E.M.

PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARDING
SONATRACH - Central Direction Engineering & Project Management (EPM), informs all the tenderers having participated in the Selective Consultation N° : AO-EPC/001/SH-EPM/RPC-O/2022, Two-steps (02) process, concerning the project:
REALIZATION IN EPC OF AN FUEL OIL CONVERSION UNIT & ASSOCIATED INSTALLATIONS AT RA1K – SKIKDA,
that following the opening and evaluation of the Financial Offers of the Tenderers declared eligible at the second stage, the contract has been provisionally awarded to the tenderer LARSEN & TOUBRO Limited for an amount of:
Algerian Dinars part: 132 716 627 876,00 DZD and
Foreign currency part:
- US Dollars: 1 233 250 467,00 $ and
- JPY: 81 780 988 700,00 ¥ and
- Euros: 384 513 166,00 €.
The tenderers wishing to contest the results of the Selective Consultation, may introduce recourse in a delay of Five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice of provisional award of the contract on the B.A.O.S.E.M.
