Conformément aux dispositions de la réglementation des marchés applicables au groupe SONATRACH, la Société Nationale, SONATRACH, Activité Transport par Canalisation, Direction Télécommunications, informe l’ensemble des soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’Avis d’appel d’offre National et International Ouvert N° 02/DC-ISI/TLC/SDT/ETT/NIN/"INV" publié sur le BAOSEM N° 1511 du 31/05/2018 portant sur EPC Système FO/SCADA Instrumentation de l’Ouvrage LR1/DLR1
Que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire PARIFEX pour un montant totale en toutes taxes comprises égal à Huit Cent Trente-Quatre Millions Cent Trente Mille Sept Cents Soixante-Trois Dinars Algériens et Soixante-Seize Centimes (834 130 763,76 DZD).
Critère de choix : le moins disant.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de la Direction Télécommunications dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables à compter de la date de parution du présent avis.

Published on the BAOSEM N ° 1511 of the 31/05/2018 concerning EPC System FO / SCADA Instrumentation of the Work LR1 / DLR1
That the contract has been provisionally awarded to PARIFEX bidder for a total amount in all taxes included equal to Eight Hundred Thirty-Four Million Hundred Thirty Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty-Three Algerian Dinars and Seventy-six Cents (DZD 834,130,763.76).
Criterion of choice: the lowest bidder.
Any bidder contesting this choice may lodge an appeal with the Direction Télécommunications within five (05) working days from the date of publication of this notice.
