ADDENDUM N°11 & TENDER OPENING SESSION

The SHAEMS Company informs the candidates who have withdrawn the specifications and the candidates interested in the invitation to Tenders for Investors N° 01/MTEER/2021 with its addendum N°10 published in BAOSEM n° 2148 on Monday, June 26^th,2023 related to:

The study, engineering, civil works, supply, transport, assembly, training, testing and commissioning of five (05) photovoltaic solar power plants with a total power of 1000 MW divided into five 05 batches including their works connection to the electricity transmission network

That an addendum n° 11 is put in place in order to make a certain number of amendments to the specifications relating to this invitation to tenders, in particular:

• The limitation of the awarding of batches.
• Payment for the maritime transport service exclusively in Algerian Dinars.

It is also brought to the attention of all Candidates for this invitation to Tenders that the opening of the bids for this invitation to Tenders scheduled for December, 4^th 2023 at 10:00 a.m. will take place at the El AURASSI hotel (ALWANE Room), located at 2 Boulevard Frantz Fanon, les Tagarins, Algiers.

For the smooth running of the opening session of the bids, the attention of the candidates is drawn to their presence before the deadline for receipt of the bids and to the presentation of offers as described in the specifications.

The opening of the offers’ bids will be done by Batch.

The submission of offers for each batch will be carried out in a single phase with concomitant submission of technical offers and financial ones.

Each offer (of each Batch) is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the subject of the invitation to Tenders as well as the mention “Technique” or “Financière”, as the case may be.

The two envelopes are placed in another anonymous outer envelope, bearing the words:

Candidates or their representatives are required to attend the opening of bids with a duly signed mandate to this effect. Applications from candidates not respecting this formality (mandate) will not be received by the Project Owner.
