SENSUS SPA is launching an open national and international call for tenders No. 03/SENSUS/DP/AO/2026 for the :

Interested bidders in this invitation to tender may collect the tender specifications from the Procurement Department – SENSUS SPA starting from the date of its publication in the BAOSEM, upon presentation of proof of payment of one of the following amounts:

Ten thousand (10,000) Algerian Dinars via BEA (Banque Extérieure d’Algérie): 00200087087220055234.

A bid bond is required. The amount and conditions of its return are specified in Part 0 of the tender specifications.

Partial bids are permitted. Bidders may submit an offer for one or more lots.

Separate technical and commercial offers, accompanied by all documents required in the specifications, must be submitted in two (02) copies (Original and Copy) for each offer, in two anonymous sealed envelopes.

The preparation period for the offers is set at twenty-one ( 21) days from the first publication date of this invitation to tender in the BAOSEM.

The deadline for submission of offers is the last day of the preparation period, before 12:00 PM.

The bid opening will take place in a public session on the same day at 1:30 PM at the company’s headquarters.

If this date falls on a public holiday or a legal weekly rest day, the preparation period shall be extended to the next working day.

Bidders shall remain bound by their offers for a period of 120 days from the deadline for submission.

The technical and financial offers will be opened during the same session.

NB: If the technical evaluation requires additional time, the date for the opening of the commercial bids will be communicated to the bidders shortlisted in the technical phase.
