*Rehabilitation of the Municipal Sports Stadium in Ain Kercha:
.Lot 01: Public lighting works for the municipal sports stadium.
-Lot 02:Construction of a fence for the municipal sports stadium.
-Lot 03: Equipping the changing rooms and the field of the municipal sports stadium.

In accordance with Article 69 of Presidential Decree No. 247/15 dated 02 Dhu al-Hijjah 1436 corresponding to 09/16/2015,regulating contracts and public service delegations, documents
substantiating the information contained in the declaration of candidacy are only required from the successful bidder, who must submit them within 10 days from the date of notification, and in any
case before the publication of the announcement of the provisional award of the contract.
If the aforementioned documents are not submitted within the deadlines, or if it is discovered after their submission that they contain information inconsistent with that stated in the declaration of
candidacy, the bid shall be rejected and the contracting authority shall resume the contract award procedures.
If, after the contract has been signed, the Contracting interest discovers that the information provided by the public bidder is false, it shall order the cancellation of the contract under the sole

Tender Submission Deadlines:
-The deadline for submitting tenders is fifteen (15) days from the date of the first publication of the tender announcement in the official bulletin of public operator markets (BOMOP) and on the
