The President of the People's Municipal Council of Municipality of Ain Kercha announces an open tender with minimum capacity requirements for the following operation:
*Rehabilitation of the Municipal Sports Stadium in Ain Kercha:

.Lot 01: Public lighting works for the municipal sports stadium.

-Lot 02:Construction of a fence for the municipal sports stadium.

-Lot 03: Equipping the changing rooms and the field of the municipal sports stadium.

This announcement of a call for tenders is directed to public and private economic operators and holders of a :

*Lot01:Certificate of qualification and professional classification category three or higher, with the main activity in building, valid, in addition to the electronic commercial register containing

B/Financial Capabilities

-A copy of the social accounts deposit certificate for companies For the final year

-A copy of the relevant bank references (bank certificate, bank identification number).

-A copy of the financial results for the last year for companies subject to the real tax system, certified by the tax authorities.

## C/ Technical Capabilities

Human Means

-Provision of a certificate of declaration with the social security for workers (affiliation certificate), issued within the last three (03) months, for each Lot separately

-Provision of a senior technician in the field, or equivalent, duly justified by a diploma, accompanied by a social security affiliation certificate issued within the last three (03) months from the date of
issuance, for Lot 01 only.

Material Means

. A copy of the list of fixed equipment and Material resources capabilities drawn up by a judicial officer for the year 2025.

\- A copy of gray cards + insurance certificates + valid technical inspection of mobile materials valid, In this situation, the case is better, then check the documents justificatifs in the table or evaluation
of the materials.

Professional References

\- Provision of a copy of a certificate of good execution for at least one similar project, duly signed by the different contracting services , for Let 01.

. Provision of a copy of execution or equipment certificates, as applicable, or certificates of good execution or proper equipment, duly signed by the relevant contracting authorities, for Lots 02 and 03
respectively.

Note: All copies must be valid on the day the bids are opened. When the contracting authority must request original documents, this must be limited to the contract holder.

In accordance with Article 69 of Presidential Decree No. 247/15 dated 02 Dhu al-Hijjah 1436 corresponding to 09/16/2015,regulating contracts and public service delegations, documents
substantiating the information contained in the declaration of candidacy are only required from the successful bidder, who must submit them within 10 days from the date of notification, and in any
case before the publication of the announcement of the provisional award of the contract.

If the aforementioned documents are not submitted within the deadlines, or if it is discovered after their submission that they contain information inconsistent with that stated in the declaration of
candidacy, the bid shall be rejected and the contracting authority shall resume the contract award procedures.

If, after the contract has been signed, the Contracting interest discovers that the information provided by the public bidder is false, it shall order the cancellation of the contract under the sole
responsibility of the contracting operator.

-Unit Price Schedule: Fully completed with letters and numbers dated , signed and stamped by the bidder

Tender Submission Deadlines:

-The deadline for submitting tenders is fifteen (15) days from the date of the first publication of the tender announcement in the official bulletin of public operator markets (BOMOP) and on the
electronic public procurement portal or in the written press or in the electronic press.

NB: The publication will be made on the Electronic Public Procurement Portal, provided that its website is accessible.

\- Tenders will be received on the last day of the tender preparation period, from 8:00 to 11:00, at the Procurement Office of the municipality of Ain Kercha. Tenders received after the deadline set by
the contracting service will be rejected.

\- The contracting service may extend the deadline for submitting tenders if circumstances so require, and in this case, it will notify contractors by all means.
Validity period of offers: Bidders shall remain bound by their bids for the entire duration of bid preparation plus three months from the date of submission of bids.

Lid Opening: The technical and financial envelopes and the application file will be opened in a public session on the last day for bid submission at 11:00, in the Ain Kercha municipality, This
announcement serves as an invitation to bidders to attend the bid opening,

Important Note: The date and time for submitting bids and the date and time for opening the technical and financial bid envelopes coincide with the last day for bidding. If this day coincides with a
public holiday or a legal day of rest, the period for preparing offers is extended until the following working day at eleven o'clock (11:00) in the morning.
