In the framework of the rehabilitation of the seawater disalination factory in Souk Tlata and the technical assistance of the company Almiyah Attilimçania Spa in the exploitation and maintenance of the said factory, Algerian Energy Company “AEC”, identified by the tax number: 000116001677221, issues a selective consulation, concerning:
Rehabilitation of the seawater desalination factory of Souk Tlata with a capacity of 200 000 m3/d, and the technical assistance for its exploitation and maintenance
The present consultation is addressed exclusively to invited tenderers at that purpose

The project’s technical offer must be accompanied by a bank submission bail with an amount of 500.000.00US$, emanate from a bank of first rate, and the administrative file required in the selective consultation dossier.
The technical and financial offers must be deposited simultaneously in an anonymous envelope, and must carry only the following mention:

The financial offers’ envelope shall keep sealed until the opening of the technical one.
The specifications’ withdrawal deadline is limited at December, 16th 2018 at 12h00, local time.
The technical offer’s opening shall be public and take place on December, 16th 2018 at 14h00, at the AEC Spa address mentioned above.
The tenderers whose offers are judged to be conform to the specifications requirements shall be invited to the financial offers’ opening session.
The date, time and place of the financial offers’ opening shall be communicated to the technically admitted tenderers.
The offers’ validity duration is 180 days as from the date of the offers’ submission.
