The Sonatrach Company, Liquefaction & Separation Activity, GNL.GPL Division, GL1Z Plant, BP 96 BETHIOUA, ORAN, ALGERIA issues a National and International open invitation to tender for :

Rehabilitation of the turbine rotors and compressors of the GL1Z complex in three (03) separate lots:

Lot N°01: Four (04) “GE” brand steam turbine rotors.

Lot N°02: Four (04) “ELLIOTT” brand compressors rotors.

No later than Forty-Five (45) days from the date of publication of this invitation in BAOSEM by any interested candidate, against payment of a nonrefundable amount of five thousand Algerian Dinars (5 000 DZD) for the local tenderers and Fifty Euros (50 €) for the foreign tenderers.

The payment Will be carried out by transfer to the bank account of GL1Z Plant N°00200070700416017825, SWIFT BEXADZALX 070 opened at the External Bank of Algeria at Marsa n°11, Street Fertas Mohamed Arzew (Oran).

The proof of payment related to the withdrawal of the tender document must be in the name of the tenderer.

candidates must address a request, Forty-Eight (48) hours before displacement of their loaded agent of the withdrawal of the tender, for formalities of access use to the industrial zone.

The tenderers wishing to withdraw the tender documents must provide their representative with a copy of the register trades, proof of payment and one power of attorney (Legal representative) for the purpose of withdrawing the tender documents

The mode of tender in a one (01) stage is applied to the present invitation to tender submission.

The technical offers, without any indication of price and the financial offers must be handed simultaneously in two separate folds contents in the same sealed fold, to the following address:

At the latest Forty-Five (45) days as from the publication on BAOSEM at 3 p.m.

If the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders is a public holiday, the date will be postponed to the next working day.

Technical offers are accompanied by a batch offer guarantee:

Lot No. 01:

Sixty thousand Euros (60 000,00 €) for foreign Bidders;

•      Nine million Algerian Dinars (9 000 000,00 DA) for national Bidders.

Lot No. 02:

•      Fourty-Eight Thousand Euros (48 000,00 €) for foreign Bidders;

•      Seven Million Algerian Dinars (7 000 000,00 DA) for national Bidders

Of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, that is to say One Hundred Eighty (180) days as from the date of opening of the offers, accompanied with an additional time of Thirty (30) days calendar.

The guarantee for offer may be submitted by bidders on the day of opening of the technical offers.

The folds containing the technical offers will be open in presence of the representatives of the tenderers who wish it at the meeting of opening which will take place at GL1Z Plant, BETHIOUA, ORAN, ALGERIA, the 5^th working day following the deadline for receipt of offers.

The folds containing the financial offers will be open and examined in presence of the tenderers who wish to attend or of their representatives designated at the time of the session of opening and examination of the financial offers, that will take place on the date and hour and at the address mentioned on the invitation addressed to the only tenderers of which the technical offers are declared to be in conformity with the requirements of the file of the tender documents.

The tenderers remain committed by their offers, for a period of One Hundred Eighty (180) days as from the deadline for receipt of offers.

Societies must address a demand of invitation Forty-Eight (48) hours before the displacement of their loaded representative of the shrinking, for formalities of access use to the level of the industrial zone.

The tenderers wishing to withdraw the schedule of conditions must provide their representative with a legalized copy of the register trades with one power of attorney (Legal representative) and the seal of their company to the effect of the withdrawal the schedule of conditions.
