يؤسفنا ان نعلمكم انكم لم تباشروا الاشغال الخاصة الى يومنا هذا رغم اخطاركم بذلك الموجه اليكم وبالتالي قمتم بالإخلال بالتزاماتكم التعاقدية.
وعليه تقرر مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز للسانية فسخ الصفقة المذكورة أعلاه مع مؤسستكم مع تحمل الأعباء الناتجة عن هدا الفسخ.
