L’ENAC/Spa informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national ouvert n°084/DVLP/DAPS/2025, paru dans le BAOSEM n° 2420 du 28/08/2025, portant sur :
RENOUVELLEMENT DE LA LICENCE DE LA SOLUTION ANTIVIRALE KASPERSKY POUR UNE DUREE DE TROIS (03) ANS.
Que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire « EURL ATELCOM » pour un montant de Dix Huit Millions Trois Cent Soixante Dix Huit Mille Trois Cent Soixante Dinars Algériens en Toutes Taxes Comprises, Soit En chiffre : 18 378 360.00 DA/TTC.
Critère de choix : offre financière moins disante parmi les offres retenues techniquement.
Tout soumissionnaire contestant ce choix peut introduire un recours auprès de l’ENAC dans un délai de cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à compter de la date de parution de l’avis de publication.
Le recours ne peut porter que sur les décisions prises dans le traitement de son offre.

يمكن لكل مترشح معارض لهذا الاختيار، تقديم طعن لدى المؤسسة الوطنية للقنوات، في غضون 05 أيام عمل ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان.
لا يمكن أن يتعلق الطعن سوى بالقرارات التي تم اتخاذها أثناء معالجة عرضه.
