تعلن مديرية التربية لغرب ولاية الجزائر، عن طلب العروض الوطني المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا، خاصة بـ
ترميم وتدعيم متوسطة اثير الدين الغرناطي عين البنيان :
الحصة 01: تدعيم الجناح البيداغوجي أوب - تهيئة الاجنحة اوب وج - الجدار الخارجي الحصة 02: ترميم الجناح الإداري - تهيئة الساحة والملعب - التدفئة
المؤسسات المقبولة للمشاركة في الاعلان عن طلب العروض هي التي لها قدرات تستجيب للمعايير المذكورة أسفله: القدرات المهنية: أن يكون مصنفا في الأشغال العامة نشاط رئيسي بناء التصنيف 04 فما فوق.
القدرات التقنية: الوسائل البشرية: توفر على الاقل مهندس/ماستر في الهندسة المدنية مثبتة بالشهادة وشهادة الانخراط الضمان الاجتماعي أو ; CACOBATH
الوسائل المادية : شاحنة سعة 2.5 طن على الاقل مثبة ببطاقة رمادية ووثيقة التأمين
الخبرة المهنية: انجاز مشروع واحد على الاقل مماثل لموضوع دفتر الشروط (اشغال ترميم وتدعيم) مسلم من طرف هيئة عمومية.
القدرات المالية: متوسط رقم الاعمال للسنوات الأخيرة 2022-2023-2024 لا يقل عن 20000000.00
سحب دفتر الشروط بالعنوان التالي: مديرية التربية لغرب ولاية الجزائر، مصلحة البرمجة والمتابعة. الكائنة ب:حي عليوة فضيل العمارة 02 - الشراقة.
يجب أن توجه العروض لمديرية التربية لغرب ولاية الجزائر، مصلحة البرمجة والمتابعة، في ثلاثة أظرفة
ظ 1 - ملف الترشح : - كل الوثائق المذكورة في دفتر الشروط بند 09 وهي : (التصريح بالترشح مضي ومؤرخ حسب النموذج المرفق ، شهادة التصريح بالنزاهة حسب النموذج المرفق . ....... )
ظ 2-عرض تقني :- يتضمن كل الوثائق المذكورة في دفتر الشروط بند 09 وهي: (التصريح بالاكتتاب ممضي ومؤرخ حسب النموذج المرفق، دفتر الشروط .............. )
ظ 3- عرض مالي :- يتضمن رسالة العرض ممضاة ومختومة ومؤرخة - كشف لأسعار الوحدة - وصف كمي وتوعي ملف الترشح والعرضين التقني والمالي، يوضعون في ظرف خارجي مبهم لا يحمل سوى العبارة التالية:

طلب العروض الوطني المفتوح مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا :
ترميم وتدعيم متوسطة اثير الدين الغرناطي عين البنيان - لا يفتح الا من طرف لجنة فتح الظرفة وتقييم العروض.
حدد مدة تحضير العروض 08 يوم ، إيداع العروض هو اليوم الأخير من مدة تحضير العروض وذلك قبل الساعة 12 سا على أقصى تقدير بدءا من تاريخ أول صدور هذا الإعلان.
عملية فتح الأظرفة التقلية والمالية تتم بمقر مديرية التربية لغرب الجزائر مصلحة البرمجة والمتابعة الكائنة بالعنوان المذكور أعلاه في نفس اليوم على الساعة 13.00 سا العارضون مدعوون للحضور، إذا كان هذا اليوم مصادقا ليوم عطلة مدفوعة الأجر أو يوم عطلة نهاية الأسبوع، سيمدد إلى اليوم المفتوح الموالي.
- تقدر مدة صلاحية العروض بـ : 03 أشهر ابتداءا من تاريخ إيداع العروض.
