SONATRACH National Company, Pipeline Transport Activity, Exploitation Division- East Regional Directorate (RTE) Skikda, BP 49 Industrial Zone Hamrouche Hamoudi Skikda, issues a national and international open invitation to tender,in two steps, concerning:

Renovation of the fire extinguishing systems of the turbochargers of the GK1/GK2 stations and turbopumps of the OK1 stations of the East Regional Directorate (RTE) - Skikda (EPC project).

By every interested tenderer, on the presentation of a copy of the Trade registration, and in return of the payment of a non-repayable amount of 6000.00 DZD or its equivalent for foreign tenderers. No later than Forty Five (45) Days from the date of publication of this notice on BAOSEM.

For Algerian tenderers: The payment must be done through bank transfer to account RIB N° 002 000 85 85 085 60 017 44, open at the External Bank of Algeria (BEA), agency Site SH – Agency 85 Skikda (21000) Algeria, for the profit of SONATRACH, Regional Directorate East (RTE) Skikda.

For the foreign ones, the payment must be done by bank transfer to account IBAN N° 002 000 05 05032 64 124 59- SWIFT: BEXAL005, open at the External Bank of Algeria (BEA), Agency Site SH- Djenane El Malik Hydra-Alger (16000) Algeria, for the profit of SONATRACH.

The payment voucher for the specifications’ withdrawal (Bank voucher/ payment bail) must mandatory be in the name of the concerned company.

The submission mode of two steps shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

no later than sixty (60) days after the publication date of the present in BAOSEM.

If the closing date coincides with a public holiday and/or a day of rest, bids may be submitted on the next working day.

Any offer received after this deadline will be rejected.

6- Technical offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee of: Three Million Four Hundred Thousand Algerian Dinars (3,400,000.00 DZD), or its equivalent in foreign currency for foreign tenderers, the validity of which is equal to the validity period of the offers, i.e., (180) days, plus an additional period of thirty (30) calendar days.

Any technical offer not containing the bid guarantee will be rejected.

The offers concerning the first stage will be opened in the presence of the tenderer's representative(s) who wish to attend at the opening session, which will be held at the following address: Sonatrach – Activité Transport par Canalisation - Division Exploitation - Direction Régionale Est (RTE) – Zone industrielle Hamrouche Hamoudi – Skikda (21000) Algérie.

The opening date and time will be indicated in the invitation letter sent to tenderers.

The bid guarantee may be submitted by interested tenders on the day of technical offers’ opening.

The offers containing the financial offers will be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who wish to attend, or their duly designated representatives, at the opening session, which will be held at: la Direction Régionale Est (RTE) – Zone industrielle Hamrouche Hamoudi – Skikda (21000) Algérie.

On the date and time indicated in the invitation letter sent to tenderers.

tenderers will remain engaged to their offers for a period of one (180) calendar days as of the deadline for submission of technical offers.

The Contracting structure may request the tenderer to extend the validity period of the offers and the bid security guarantee during the evaluation.
