National and International Technical Preselection

Tassili Airlines/ Exploitation Directorate, propose to carry out a technical preselction for:

Rental of flight simulator of tyê Bombardier DASH8-Q200, Q400 and BOEING 737 NG with Dry Lease and Wet Lease for the periodical training for Tassili Airlines crew, the trainings related to the initial qualifications of the type, the regulatory trainings and e-learning (CRM, DGR, SEP, PRNAV, EGPWE-CFIT, AWO-LVO CAT II/III TCAS II 7.1, as well as the annexed services (Accommodation and transport).

This technical preselection is addressed to only the ATO Certificate holders (Approved Training Organization) issued by the civil aviation authority territorially competent, to the exclusion of any other intermediary.

The process of this technical preselction shall take place in a single stage with the remittance of 02 distinct envelopes, each one of them contain the technical offer with the mention ?Offre Technique?. Both of the two envelopes carry the company name of the tenderer and his address.

These two envelopes shall be put in one external envelope which, under threat of rejection, must be anonymous (For this purpose tenderers using the services of express courier companies, must ensure that their service provider delivers to Tassili Airlines a completely anonymous invoice and erase any information relating to the shipper, if applicable.), with no mention except the following:

Under threat of rejection, the tenderers must not, under any circumstances, indicate the price in their technical tenders.

The tenders shall be transmitted or deposited at the address mentioned above.

The tenders? submission deadline is limited it January, 31st 2018 at 14h00.

The tenders? opening shall take place on January, 31st 2018 at 14h00, at the Company?s Headquarters, in the presence of the tenderers or their mandated representatives who would like to attend.

The tenderers keep bound to their tenders for a period of 120 days as from the technical tenders? submissions deadline.
