National and International Open Invitation to Tender

The National Company of Marketing and Distributing Oil Products NAFTAL Spa, Fuel Branch, Projet Barging Directorate, issues a national and international open competitive invitation to tender, regarding:

Repair of the M/T Tolga ship.

In return of the payment of a non-refundable amount of 5000 DZD for the Algerian tenderers, and 50€ for the foreign ones, payable by bank transfer at the account N° 00200016160166050679, BEA Agency, Palais des Expositions Pins Maritimes- Algiers, as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem.

The submission mode is done in 02 distinct steps:

1^st Step: Submission and opening of the technical offers’. They shall be deposited by the tenderer or a duly mandated representative, and shall be opened immediately, and whose opening session shall take place on March, 27^th 2024 at 09h30, at the Fuel Branch Head Office, located at: Aéroport Houari Boumedienne- Dar El Beida. Algiers.

Under the present call for tenders, the bidder shall place the original technical bid and its two (02) copies in separate sealed inner envelopes.

The interior envelopes will be placed in an anonymous outer envelope bearing the following mention :

The technical offers are assorted by a submission bail with an amount of:

Concerning the Algerian tenderers:

500 000 DZD;

Concerning the foreign tenderers:

4 000 US; or 3500 euro

Whose validity duration is equal to the offers’ validity duration, that is 120 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

2^nd Step: Submission and opening of the financial offers. They shall be deposited by the tenderer or a duly mandated representative, and opened immediately, an invitation letter precising the place and date of the financial offers’ opening shall be addressed to only the tenderers that are illegible to the commercial offer.
