SAND CONTROL & HYDRAULIC STIMULATION DURING THE
DRILLING AND WORKOVER CAMPAIGN OF RKF OILFIELD REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT


SONATRACH/CEPSA (RKF), sited 310 km South-East of Hassi-Messaoud, publishes a restricted National and International Call for Tender (companies homologated by SONATRACH) addressed to qualified, certified and specialized companies that can clearly demonstrate capabilities, with proven similar previous job experience, to provide equipment and personnel to fulfil the scope of the tender for the provision of land drilling rig services for new wells and workover of the existing wells (Oil producers wells, WAG and Barremian produced water wells).

The Call for Tenders will be carried out in two (2) consecutive steps (First step: Technical phase; Second step: Commercial phase).

Tenderers are informed that the submission of the commercial bids is subject to the successful evaluation of the technical bid, and Tenderers shall not submit their commercial bid until so instructed in writing by SONATRACH/CEPSA (RKF).

Tenderers that are interested by this Call for Tenders can withdraw the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions by two different ways:

Hard copies of the tender at CEPSA offices in Algiers.

Soft copies of the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions by e-mail request to the e-mail addresses indicated above.

In any case, the withdrawal of the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions is subject to the following conditions :

Provide a copy of the registration form or trade register.

Provide a written request with the official stamp of the Tenderer and the full name and the position of the person entitled to withdraw the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions
Additionally, Tenderers shall sign and return the Call for Tenders Acknowledgement
Letter and the Confidentiality Agreement Form, as soon as practical and no later than seven (7) days after reception of the Bidding Form Terms and Conditions as per the instructions to Tenderers included inside.

Failure to comply with the above may invalidate the process.



Both Technical and Commercial Bids, with all required documents, must be produced in one (1) original copy and two (2) copies plus three (3) electronic copies (CD-ROM or USB flash drive).
Each bid must be sent in double sealed envelope. Outside envelope, under penalty of rejection, must be anonymous. Only the addressees and Call for Tenders references should be written on it. Inside envelope must contain, as well as the Call for Tenders references, the Tenderer´s name, surname and address in order to preserve confidentiality in case of bid rejection.

TECHNICAL PROPOSAL

Deadline of Technical Bids reception is set to twenty-eight (28) calendar days at 17:00hrs (Algeria Time, Offset: UTC/GMT +1) with effect from the first publication of the hereby notice in the BAOSEM.


Each Technical Bid received after the above-mentioned deadline will be regarded as null and void.

COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL

Deadline of Commercial Bids reception is set to seven (7) calendar days at 17:00hrs (Algeria Time, Offset: UTC/GMT +1) with effect from written request by SONATRACH/CEPSA (RKF).

Each Commercial Bid received after the above-mentioned deadline will be regarded as null and void.
