The Algerian Company of the industrial projects Realization (la Société Algérienne de Réalisation de Projets Industriels) (SARPI SPA) issues a national and international open competitive invitation to tender « N° 01/AO/DPR/RNS/2025», regarding:

SEAM CARBON STEEL FLOWLINE PIPES (ADDITIVE)

Project: "EPC Connection of Fourteen (14) Cambro-Ordovician Wells in Hamra to the Existing Facilities in Hamra"

The Tender’s package may be withdrawn from SARPI head office, located at: 10 Rue Mohamed Tahar SEMMANI– Hydra Algiers, and no later than May, 15^th 2025, by any interested tenderer, against the presentation of a copy of trade register in the activity, the wet stamp of the tenderer, power of attorney of the delegated person, signed by the prime responsible and payment voucher of an nonrefundable sum of 5000.00 DZD for the Algerian tenderers and (Fifty Euros) €50 for tenderers under foreign law by transfer to the bank account BEA Agence Hydra 005 Algiers, Account No. 002 00005 005 220 0054 74; SWIFT BEA: BEXADZAL005

The submission mode in Two steps shall be applied in this invitation to tender.

For the Algerian tenderers: 3 000 000.00 DZD ((Three Million Algerian Dinars) issued to SARPI, Which validity duration is equal to the offers’ one, that is 120 days, assorted by an additional delay of 30 calendar days.

For the foreign tenderers: 20 000 Euro (Twenty Thousand Euros or equivalent in USD).

The offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the address:

On May, 21^st 2025, at 10h00.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 calendar days as of the date of the offers’ submission plus an additional period of 30 calendar days from the date of offer submission.

Companies excluded from SARPI spa and SONATRACH group orders are not eligible to participate in the invitation to tenders.
