RESTRICTED NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER: 01/TAL/CD/2025

Tassili Airlines is launching a call for tender with a view to:

Select (01) wide-body Aircraft to be operated under ACMI leasing formula on behalf of TAL, mainly for conducting Hajj Flights to Jeddah and Medina Airports (KSA) for the upcoming Hajj Season 1446H/2025

The present call for tender is addressed to companies meeting the following criteria and conditions:

The bidder must hold a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued by the State of Registry or Operator. A copy of the AOC must be submitted with the offer.

The bidder must demonstrate prior experience in ACMI leasing or similar operations, particularly with wide-body aircraft.

The bidder must provide evidence of compliance with international aviation regulations                    (e.g., ICAO, IATA).

Bidders weel be invited to attend the bidding opening session with official authorization.

The deadline for sending over the tenders (bids)is set for: 5^th February 2025 at 10h00 local time (GMT+1) Algiers.

Offers sent outside the deadline will be rejected.

Bids opening session will take place on the: 5^th February 2025 at 10h00 local time (GMT+1) Algiers, shall be public and in the presence if the bidder (tenderer) or their duly appointed representatives who wish to attend the session.

The present call for tender will be published in the BAOSEM, the BOMOP and two (02) daily papers.

The deadlines for sending offers are calculated from the date of first publication.
