Tassili Airlines, Directorate of Ground Operation, launches a Restricted National and International Call for Tender No.01 for:

Selection of a fuel supplier in international

Interested bidders may submit only one bid.

Applicants who are qualified Fuel Service Providers at Roissy CDG, Strasbourg and Nantes airports are eligible to tender.

Interested Applicants may request the tender documents by e-mail at the following address: cop@tassiliairlines.com .

Tenders must be submitted, the date of receipt being taken as proof, to the address below:

Secrétariat de la Commission d'Ouverture des Plis,

Tassili Airlines. Route de Oued Smar BP 319 Dar-El-Beida.

Tenders will be examined in a single stage comprising the two technical and financial offers.

The outer envelope will contain the two copies (the financial offer and the technical offer), which must, on pain of rejection, be anonymous, and will bear only the words :

The deadline for submitting technical and financial bids is 03/27/2024 at 10h00 at the abovementioned address.

The opening of the technical and financial bids will take place on the last day for submitting bids 03/27/2024 at 11h00, at the same address indicated above.

Any tender received after the deadline will be rejected.

Tenderers will remain bound by their technical and financial offers for a period of 120 days from the closing date for receipt of tender.

Under this call for tenders, the technical tender, without any indication of price, and the financial tender must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in the same envelope no later than 03/27/2024 at 10h.00 to the address :

Tenderers using the services of express mailing companies must ensure that their service provider delivers to Tassili Airlines a completely anonymous envelope, deleting if necessary any indication on the outer envelope relating to the sender.

Tenderers are invited to attend the opening of the envelopes, duly in possession of a mandate.
