Le Groupement Sonatrach- Eni constitué des deux sociétés Sonatrach, et ENI Alegria production BV régi par le décret 93-08 du 25/04/1993, opérateur dans les blocs 403, 403a, 403d, ROM-North, (BRN, BRW, BRSW, ROMN,ROM, ZEK, ZEA, BRWEXT, ROMEST,REC), dans les blocs 401a & 402a (Champs ROD, BSF, RAR, RERN, RDB) et 405b (Champs MLE, CAFC) et dans le Champ SF-FINE et Périmètres ZEA, OO-II et SF-II, informe les soumissionnaires ayant participé à l’appel d’offres national et international restreint GSE N° 5163-CDM-00-MB-24 ayant pour objet :
SERVICE DE « SUR APPEL » REPÊCHAGE EN DEUX (02) LOTS
paru dans le BAOSEM N° 2277 du 12/02/2024, que le marché a été attribué provisoirement au soumissionnaire le moins disant pour chaque lot comme suit :
Pour le Lot N°01: « Weatherford Oil Tool GmbH».
Pour le Lot N°02: « Wellbore Integrity Solutions Netherlands B.V».
Tout soumissionnaire contestant cette attribution provisoire peut introduire un recours auprès du président de la commission des marchés du groupement Sonatrach-Eni, et ce au plus tard dans les cinq (05) jours ouvrables, à partir de la date de parution du présent avis dans le BAOSEM.
Passé ce délai, aucun recours ne sera recevable.

FISHING SERVICES ON CALL OUT BASIS IN TWO (02) LOTS
, published in the BAOSEM N° 2277 of February 12, 2024 that the contract has been provisionally awarded to the lower offering tenderer for each lot as follows:
For the Lot N°01: « Weatherford Oil Tool GmbH ».
For the Lot N°02: « Wellbore Integrity Solutions Netherlands B.V ».
Every tenderer questioning this provisional awarding may introduce recourse nearby: The President of the Contracts Commission of Groupement Sonatrach- Eni, In a delay of 05 workdays from the date of publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.
After this deadline, no appeal will be admissible

يعلم مجمع سوناطراك-إيني المؤسس من الشركتين سوناطراك و إيني الجزائر للإنتاج BV الخاضعة للمرسوم رقم 08-93 المؤرخ في بتاريخ 25 أفريل 1993، المستغل للقطع 403،403a، 403d، ROM- شمال BRN )، BRW، BRSW) ، ROMN، ROM، ZEK، ZEA، BRWEXT، ROMEST، (REC، في الكتل a401 وa402) حقول ROD وBSF وRAR وRERN و(RDB) و 405 b حقول MLE و CAFC) وفي حقل SF-SFNE وZEA-II ، محيطات OO-II وSF-II، جميع الذين شاركوا بالمناقصة الوطنية والدولية المحدودة تحت رقم GSE N° 5163-CDM-00-MB-24 المتعلقة بـ
أشغال Fishing "تحت الطلب" على حصتين
، والتي تم الاعلان عليها على صفحات نشرة المناقصات لقطاع الطاقة والمناجم (BAOSEM) عدد 2277 بتاريخ 12/02/2024 ، بأنه تم المنح المؤقت للصفقة للمتعهد الأقل عطاء لكل حصة كما يلي:
من اجل الحصة رقم 01 : « Weatherford Oil Tool GmbH»
من اجل الحصة رقم 02 : « Wellbore Integrity Solutions Netherlands B.V»
بإمكان كافة المرشحين المعترضين على هذا المنح المؤقت للصفقة إيداع الطعون خلال خمسة (5) أيام عمل الموالية لتاريخ صدور هذا الإعلان على صفحات نشرة المناقصات لقطاع الطاقة والمناجم (BAOSEM).
بمجرد انقضاء هذه الفترة، لن يكون أي طعن مقبولاً.
