Groupement RKF, sited 310 km South-East of Hassi Messaoud, inform tenderers who participated in the National & International Restricted call for tenders Ref. 25-BID-019 relating to " SERVICES FOR MONITORING, REPORTING AND REDUCING GREENHOUSE GAS (GHG) EMISSIONS AT THE GROUPEMENT RKF ",
published in BAOSEM N°. 2411 on August 04th, 2025 with ref.2411 049 01, that the closing date and time for receipt the technical offers is extended a second time by seven (07) days, the new deadline date will be September 22nd , 2025, at 17h00 (Algeria Local Time GMT+1).
Each bid received after the above-mentioned deadline will be regarded as null and void.
