Sonatrach Company launches a National and International Open Tender for:

SGT-200 Tornado Gas Turbine Components Repair

The Tender file may be withdrawn electronically at the addresses indicated above from Laghouat Maintenance Department, no later than forty-two (42) days from the date of publication of the tender notice, by any interested candidate, against presentation of a copy of the electronic trade register for the national bidder or its equivalent for the foreign bidder and payment of a non-refundable amount of Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars (10,000.00 DA) for nationals and One Hundred Euros (100 €) for foreigners. Payment will be made by bank transfer to account No. 002 00029 29 02960900 17 at BEA Laghouat agency.

Proof of payment of the tender documents (bank statement, cash deposit slip) must be made out in the name of the bidder's company.

The one-stage bidding procedure applies to this Invitation to Tender.

Under the present invitation to tender, technical offers, without any indication of price, and financial offers must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes contained in a single envelope, to “Direction Maintenance Laghouat, BP 93 Hai Essadikia, Laghouat” no later than eight (08) weeks, i.e. fifty-seven (57) days from the date of publication of the present invitation to tender.

The validity period of the bid guarantee: "180 days with an additional 30 days from the date of opening of the technical bids".

If the last day for submission of bids overlaps with a public holiday or day of rest, the deposit date is postponed until the next working day.

Technical bids come with a bid guarantee of:

For national bidders: Two million Algerian dinars (2,000,000.00 DA)

For foreign bidders: Fourteen thousand euros (€14,000.00).

The bids containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the bidder's representative(s) who may wish to attend the opening session which will take place at the Direction Maintenance Laghouat, BP 93 Hai Essadikia, Laghouat on the date and time indicated in the letter of invitation which will be sent to the bidders who have withdrawn the tender file (DAO).

The envelopes containing the financial bids will be opened and examined in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend or their duly nominated representatives at the financial bid opening and examination session which will take place on the date, at the time and at the address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent only to the bidders whose technical bids have been declared compliant with the requirements of the Bidding Documents.

Bidders will remain committed by their offer for one hundred and eighty (180) calendar days from the date of opening of the technical offers.
