تعلن الشركة الوطنية للهندسة المدنية والبناء، شركة فرعية لسوناطراك- مديرية التجميع، الصيانة والاستغلال الصناعي الكائنة بالمنطقة الصناعية ارارة 2 طريق البرمة حاسي مسعود/ و.ورقلة عن تأهيل وطني مفتوح مسبق رقم 07/GCB/DMI/MGX/JUR/2025 من أجل توسعة، ترقية، قائمة المترشحين المؤهلين مسبقا في اطار اثراء قاعدة بيانات مقدمي الخدمات المؤهلين مسبقا المتعلقة بـ:
شراء مختلف اللوازم، المعدات والمواد مقسمة كالتالي:
الحصة 01: لوازم مكتبية.
الحصة 02: معدات وأثاث مكتبي.
الحصة 03: توفير المواد الاستهلاكية ومعدات الاعلام الالي
الحصة 04: توفير قطع الغيار الباردة
الحصة 05: توفير أدوات المطابخ
الحصة 06: توفير مواد الصيانة والتنظيف
الحصة 07: توفير وتركيب الكبائن الصحراوية
الحصة 08: توفير معدات الحماية الشخصية (بدلات العمل، أحذية السلامة...)
الحصة 09: توفير أغطية الأسرة
الحصة 10: توفير معدات مكافحة الحرائق
الحصة 11: توفير الأجهزة الكهرو منزلية
الحصة 12: توفير معدات التبريد

تتم المشاركة في مرحلة واحدة.
لا يعنى المترشحين الذين تم تأهيلهم مسبقًا بموجب إعلان التأهيل الوطني رقم 12/GCB/DMI/MGX/JUR/2023 ولكن سيتم إرسال دعوات مفصلة إليهم لتحديث ملفاتهم. يمكن للمترشحين المهتمين سحب ملف التأهيل المسبق من: مديرية التجميع، الصيانة والاستغلال الصناعي/ الشركة الوطنية للهندسة المدنية والبناء
في موعد أقصاه 30 يومًا من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان في الباوسم ، وذلك مقابل تقديم نسخة من السجل التجاري ودفع مبلغ غير قابل للاسترداد قدره 5000.00 دج (خمسة آلاف دينار جزائري).
يتم الدفع عن طريق التحويل إلى الحساب البنكي للشركة الوطنية للهندسة المدنية والبناء- مديرية التجميع، الصيانة والاستغلال الصناعي، رقم 002 00035 0352200501 93، مفتوح لدى وكالة البنك الجزائري الخارجي- حاسي مسعود.
يجب إعداد ملفات الترشح وفقاً لمتطلبات دفتر شروط التأهيل المسبق.
بخصوص إعلان التأهيل المسبق، يجب تسليم ملفات الترشح، دون أي إشارة إلى السعر، في أظرفة مغلقة إلى العنوان المحدد أدناه:

"لا يفتح"
يمكن للمترشحين المشاركة لحصة واحدة أو أكثر لجميع الفئات.
تم تحديد الموعد النهائي لتقديم الأظرفة التي تحتوي على ملفات الترشح بـ 30 يومًا ابتداء من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان بالباوسم.
يتم فتح الأظرفة في التاريخ والوقت والعنوان الذي سيتم تحديده لاحقًا من قبل الهيئة.
يتم فتح ملفات الترشح وتقييمها من قبل اللجنة اللحظية. يبقى المترشحون ملتزمين بملفاتهم الى غاية 04 نوفمبر 2027.
سيتم استشارة ودعوة المترشحين الذين قدموا ملفات ترشح مستوفية لمتطلبات العميل، والتي تعتبر مطابقة لدفتر الشروط، لتقديم عرض (تقني-مالي) بناء على طلب واحتياجات الشركة الوطنية للهندسة المدنية والبناء، طبقا لطريقة التسيير المعدلة التي أطلقتها الهيئة المتعاقدة.

ملاحظة: تحتفظ الشركة الوطنية للهندسة المدنية والبناء بالحق في إنهاء عملية التأهيل المسبق في أي مرحلة لأسباب تظل هي الحكم الوحيد فيها.
