GROUPEMENT TIMIMOUN, an association between SONATRACH, TOTAL E&P ALGERIE and CEPSA, acting as operator of the TIMIMOUN gas field (Block-325a and Block-329) launches a national and international tender notice restricted for services following:

TIMIMOUN Association invites interested and eligible Bidders, specialized in this service area, to submit their request for interest for participating by sending an e-mail to APC.Appel-offres01@gtim.dz & APC.Appel-offres11@gtim.dz including the required following documents (tender documents are provided for free of charge):

A stamped request with company stamp;

Copy of the Trade Register with the activity code (s) corresponding to the subject of the call for tender

This Call for Tender will take place in a single phase. Bidders will present, in accordance with the Tender documents Part A - Instructions To Bidders, their separate sealed technical and commercial offers, placed in a single anonymous envelope. This envelope must include only the following statement, otherwise it will be rejected:

The deadline for withdrawal of files is set at twenty one (21) days at 3:00 p.m. after the date of publication of this invitation to tender in the BAOSEM.

The deadline date for receipt of tenders is thirty (30) days at 3:00 p.m from the date of publication of this notice in BAOSEM (publication date included). Any offer received after the deadline date mentioned above will be rejected.

Bidders will remain committed to their bid for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the deadline for receipt of bids.

All incurred cost by and/or associated to bidders’ participation to this Call For Tender will be at their exclusive own charges.

The contractual language of this invitation to tender is French.
