That the deadline for withdrawal of the Tender File is extended to August, 07^th 2025, and that the deadline of requests for Technical Clarifications, on the Tender File, is extended to August, 17^th 2025.

Also, that the deadline for submission of Technical and Financial bids, initially fixed to July, 27^th 2025, is extended to, August, 27^th 2025.
