The public opening of bids will be scheduled for Monday, March, 28^th 2022 at 10h00 (Local Time) at the above address.

Candidates or their representatives are expected to attend the bid opening provided with a signed mandate. As such, the bids of candidates which do not respect this formality (Presentation of a Mandate) will not be admitted by "CEEG".

Deadline for Completion of Works is eighteen (18) months.
