The Algerian Company of Managing the Electrical Transport Network “GRTE Spa”, Patrimony Directorate, issues a national and international open invitation to tender, regarding:
Study, documentation, supply of equipment, spare parts and maritime transport, supervision of the assembling and commissioning tests of the low voltage material for 36 posts pack plus:
Digital protection and control
Digital command controlling system
Telecommunication equipment
the companies that are interested in this invitation to tender may withdraw the specifications at the following address:

In return of the presentation of a payment voucher with an amount of:
30 000.00 DZD for the Algerian companies
150 € for the foreign ones
To account N° 001 00637 0300 000 014 68, open at the National Bank of Algeria, Agency n° 637 located at: Site Sonelgaz, Immeuble 700 bureaux coté B, Gué de Constantine, Route Nationale n° 38 Alger.
The tenderers must present in a single phase:
A technical offer (with no indication of the price): containing the documents listed in the specifications, document “Instructions to the candidates”, Article n° 9-2.
A financial offer: containing the documents listed in the specifications, document “Instruction to the candidates”, Article 9-3.
All the technical offers must be accompanied at the moment of their submission or at the submission deadline utmost (technical and financial offers) with a submission bail with an amount of:
Higher than 1% of the suggested financial offer
The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 120 days as of the date of the public opening (technical and financial).
The technical offers, accompanied by the submission bail, and the financial ones, must be deposited at the address mentioned above, on November, 02nd 2021 between 09h00 and 10h00 (Local Time).
The external envelope of the technical offer must be anonymous, with no headline or stamp, and carrying only the following mention on all the sides:

" A NE PAS OUVRIR "
The envelopes opening procedure shall take place in two distinct steps as follows:
- First step: opening of the technical offers: the public opening f the technical offers shall take place on November, 02nd 2021 at 10h00 (Local Time) at the address mentioned above.
Second step: opening of the financial offers: After the evaluation of the offers declared accepted, GRTE shall proceed to inviting all the tenderers in order to attend the opening of the financial 10 days in advance.
NB: the specifications must be withdrawn by the tenderer or his/her duly mandated representative.
