The Algerian Company of the Electricity Transport Network Management “GRTE. Spa”, Patrimony Directorate, informs the tenderers and companies that are interested in the national and international open invitation to tender N° 02/2021/GRTE/DP, regarding:
Study, documentation, supply of equipment, spare parts and maritime transport, supervision of the assembling and commissioning tests of the low voltage material for 40 posts pack plus:
Digital protection and control
Digital command controlling system
Telecommunication equipment
Published in the Baosem n° 1927 of September, 27th 2021, and whose first modification is published in the Baosem n° 1946 of November, 22nd 2021, that the specifications related to this invitation to tender has been modified for the second time, and it may be withdrawn at the following address:

The submission deadline of the technical and financial offers, intended on December, 02nd 2021 between 09h00 and 10h00 (Local time), has been extended to January, 09th 2022 between 09h00 and 10h00 (Local Time), and the opening of the technical offers shall take place on the same day at 10h00 (Local Time).
NB: The modified specifications (2nd modification) shall be transmitted by email to the tenderers having already withdrawn the initial one.
