NATIONAL OPEN INVITATION TO TENDER

N°009/GSS/2025

Le Groupement Sonatrach-Sinopec, abbreviated GSS – Gisement de Zarzaitine, whose social address lies at In Aménas Daira", base de vie" Zarzaitine”, BP 292, Wilaya d’illizi, issues a National opened Invitation to tender for:

« Study, supply, and construction of a 5000 m³ firewater storage tank at the Zarzaitine field »

Interested companies are invited to withdraw the tender documents as soon as this notice is published in the Bulletin of Calls for Tenders of the Energy and Mines Sector (B.A.O.S.E.M) upon submission of a bank transfer order: BEA, In Amenas Agency No. 002 00092 0922200323 10, in the name of Sonatrach-Sinopec Group, for an amount of Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5,000.00 DZD) (non-refundable).

NB: The withdrawal of the tender documents is subject to the submission of the bidder’s commercial register extract with activity code 109205 or an equivalent code corresponding to the subject of the tender. The main activity must match the purpose of the tender. Additionally, proof of payment via bank transfer must be provided (including the tender number, title, and the name of the bidder).

Bidders must hold a valid qualification and classification certificate of level six (06) or higher in the fields of public works, hydraulics, or construction (main or secondary domain).

This tender is carried out in one (01) phase submission mode.

The offer is accompanied by a bid bond as follows: bid guarantee of three million Algerian dinars (3,000,000.00 DZD).

Whose validity is equal to the validity period of the bids that to say 180 days.

The closing date (deadline) to receive the bidding proposals will be thirty (30) days, from the date of publishing this invitation in the B.A.O.S.E.M.

The proposal received after closing date will be considered null and refused by the GSS.
