SONATRACH Spa, refining and petrochemical activity- refining exploitation division, ra2k refinery, launches an Open National and International Invitation to Tender for :

Study, supply and installation of naphtha demercurization system (MRF) at Ra2k Refinery.

The Tender file covers the study, design, supply, construction, inspection and assembly necessary for the construction of a Naphta Demerrcurisation Unit at the Refinery RA2K in Skikda, including commissioning, operational and performance testing also the training of operating personnel.

or requested via e-mail, RA2K.SPM@Sonatrach.dz no later than Forty (40) Calendar Days, from the publication of the notice of Tender in BAOSEM, by any interested candidate, against payment of a non-refundable amount of Twenty Thousand Algerian Dinars (20,000.00 DZD) for national bidders or One Hundred And Fifty Euros (150 €) or One Hundred And Thirty Six Dollars (136 $) for foreign bidders, and up on presentation of a copy of the electronic commercial register and a mandate for the person responsible of withdrawing the tender file.

Payment will be made by payment to Refinery RA2K bank account:

N°002 00085 085 220 0009/85, BEA - Sonatrach site – Skikda.

Proof of payment for the withdrawal of the Tender file (Bank Notice) must be drawn up on behalf of the Bidder.

The tendering mode in Two-stage applies to the present invitation to tender.

As part of the first stage of this call for tenders, the technical offers without any indication of price must be deposited in anonymous sealed envelopes at the address below:

The deadline for submitting tenders is no later than Eighty-five (85) calendar days before 16:00 PM, from the publication of the notice of tender in BAOSEM, if the last day for submission the offers coincide with a public holiday or weekend, the deadline will be extended until the next working day.

The technical offers are accompanied by a bid guarantee of Ten Million Algerian Dinar (10 000 000, 00 DZD) for national bidders and Sixty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Euros (68 340,00 €) or Seventy-Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Dollars (74 820,00 $) for foreign Bidders, of which the period of validity is equal to the period of validity of the offers, which is One Hundred Eighty (180) days with an additional period of Thirty (30) calendar days.

The guarantee of submission may be submitted by interested candidates on the day of the opening of the technical offers.

The envelopes containing the technical offers will be opened in the presence of the representative(s) of the bidders who so wish at the opening session which will take place at the following address:

The date and time will be communicated in the invitation letter to be sent to bidders participating in this call for tenders.

Bidders whose technical offers have been declared compliant will be invited to submit a financial offer.

The envelopes containing the financial offers will be opened in the presence of the bidders who wish to attend or their duly designated representatives, which will take place on the date, time and address mentioned in the invitation which will be sent only to bidders whose technical offers have been declared compliant with the requirements of the tender folder.

Bidders will remain bound by their offer for a period of One Hundred and Eighty (180) Calendar Days from the deadline for submission of technical offers.
