SONATRACH, RPC Activity, Refining Exploitation Division, Skikda Refinery (RA1K) issues a National and International Open Invitation to Tender, regarding :

Study, supply, construction, and commissioning of an automatic fire detection and suppression system for the annular joints of the floating roof tanks at the Skikda Refinery (RA1K)

Or by email: spm_ra1k@sonatrach.dz ,In a period of 50 calendar days utmost as of the date of the publication of this invitation, by every interested tenderer, in return of the payment of a non-refundable amount of Five Thousand Algerian Dinars (5,000.00 DA) for local tenderers or Fifty Euros (€50.00) for foreign ones, by presenting a copy of the electronic trade register.

The payment voucher regarding the specifications’ withdrawal must be in the name of the tendering company.

The tendering mode in a single step applies to this invitation to tender.

In this invitation to tender, the technical offers, with no reference to the price, and the financial ones must be submitted simultaneously in two separate envelopes, contained in the same envelope, at the following address:

The technical and financial offers’ submission deadline is determined in 60 calendar days as of the date of publication of this notice in the Baosem at 04 :00 PM.

If the last day of the offers’ submission deadline coincides a day off, the date shall be postponed to the following workday.

The technical offers are accompanied by a submission bail in the amount of Ten Million Two Hundred And Ten Thousand Algerian Dinars (10 210 000.00 DA) for Algerian tenderers and Sixty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Euros (€67 900.00) for foreign tenderers.

Which validity duration is equal to the offers’ validity duration, that is 180 days assorted by an additional period of 30 calendar days.

The envelopes containing the technical offers shall be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who would like to attend to the opening session that shall take place at the following address:

The date and time shall be communicated in an invitation letter addressed to the tenderers participating in this invitation to tender.

The envelopes containing the financial offers shall be opened and examined in the presence of the tenderers who would like to attend or their representatives duly designated during the financial offers’ opening and examining session that shall take place at the date, time and addressed mentioned in the invitation that shall be addressed to only the tenderers whose technical offers are declared conform to the specifications’ requirements.

The tenderers keep engaged to their offers for a period of 180 calendar days as of the date of the technical offers’ submission.
