initially published in BAOSEM No. 2439 on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, the deadlines for the withdrawal and submission of the tender and the submission of technical offers, initially scheduled for December 4, 2025, and December 19, 2025, respectively, were extended for the first time to January 19, 2026, and February 3, 2026, respectively, and are hereby extended for the second time by this notice until February 17, 2026, for the deadline for withdrawal and until March 4, 2026, for the technical bid submission deadline.
