National and International Prequalification

The National Company of Marketing and Distributing Oil Products –NAFTAL Spa, LPG Branch, is launching a Call for Pre-national and international prequalification regarding:
Establishment of a short list of suppliers for the acquisition of LPG Accessories for Bottles and LPG Tanks
This prequalification is addressed to the suppliers having an experience of at least 05 years, approved in the marketing of this type of supply.
The candidates that are interested in this notice are invited to supply their files containing the following documents:
Copy of the company’s status and the list of the principal shareholders or partners;
Extract of the trade register;
The nature and extent of previous and ongoing litigation;
A list of major similar markets including:
A short description of the market with its characteristics
Certificates of successful completion or the final receipt report as well as the name and contact details of the client (Telephone, Fax & E-mail);
The candidate’s address and contact details (phone, fax & e-mail)
The candidature files must be submitted in anonymous sealed fold in two (02) copies on paper and one (01) copy on magnetic media, in 30 calendar days at 15h30 utmost, as of the date of publication of this prequalification in the Baosem, nearby: NAFTAL SPA/Branche GPL, Direction Audit/Département Marchés, sis 05, Rue Hameug ldir-16130 Mohammadia, ALGER.
In the event that the deadline for receiving bids coincides with a public holiday or a legal day off, the reception of bids will be extended to the next working day.
The envelope must be placed in a sealed outer envelope bearing the following information only:

Every candidature file received after this delay shall be rejected.
Unsuccessful candidates may file an appeal by any means within forty-eight hours (48 H) from the date of notification of rejection
The results of this prequalification shall be published in the Baosem.
