FOR « SUPPLY OF CHEMICALS AND ADDITIVES FOR DRILLING FLUIDS ACTIVITIES, WORKOVER AND COMPLETION»

DRILLING FLUIDS SERVICES AUX PUITS « DFSP » (ex- BASP), issues a Pre-qualification of candidates in order to establish a short-list of potential service companies specialized in :

Suppliers of Chemicals and Additives for Drilling, Workover and Completion.

This is, in order to fulfill the requirements

The initial Pre-qualification file is open to all qualified candidates who meet the conditions.

• Have a business register including the activity codes appropriate to the subject of Pre-qualification.

• Have proven experience in this field.

Companies interested in this announcement are invited either to make a withdrawal request or to request the initial qualification file electronically after publication of this announcement on BAOSEM in exchange for sending an application accompanied by a legal document proving their activity at the address below.

The responses to this prequalification documents files must be delivered sealed, in one (01)

original hard copies and one (01) electronic copy, to the above-mentioned address within Twenty-One (21) calendar days from the date of publication of this Notice on the BAOSEM (day of

release included) and clearly marked in French language with the following mention:

If the last calendar day falls on a holiday or weekend (Friday or Saturday), the deadline for receipt of applications is the next business day.

Applicants who have withdrawn the Pre-qualification documents may request clarifications by

Only candidates who have fulfilled the Prequalification criteria will be invited to tender for the

selective consultations which will be launched by DFSP

Any company excluded from SONATRACH's,ENSP,DFSP contract awarding process may not apply for Pre-qualification during the entire period of its exclusion.

Any request for clarification must be in writing and sent no later than 5 days before the deadline for submitting bids.
