NOTICE OF CALL FOR NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PREQUALIFICATION OF LINE PIPE TUBULAR GOODS SUPPLIERS

N° SH-EP-PROD-APT/44/2024/T

The Company SONATRACH, Exploration - Production Activity, Production Division, Procurement and Transport Direction, located at 08, Chemin du Reservoir Hydra, Algiers, Algeria, launches a National and International call for Prequalification of Suppliers of LINE PIPE Tubular Goods, intended for SONATRACH gas and oil facilities.

This Notice of Call is open to manufacturers and authorized suppliers who have exclusive rights of representations of manufacturers.

Prequalification will be done according to the terms defined in the Prequalification File.

Interested Candidates can directly withdraw or receive a complete set of Prequalification File after sending a written application to the below address provided they present a legal document attesting their activity under this Prequalification:

From the first publication, in paper format, of this Notice in the Bulletin of Calls for Tenders for the Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM) by all interested Candidates, against the presentation of a copy of the Trade Register attesting to the activity of the Candidate.

The Pre-Qualification File will only be given to the sole representative duly authorised by the Candidate wishing to participate in this Notice. The mandate must contain the details of the tenderer (professional E-mail, Fax number and Telephone).

Candidates appearing on the Black List of Companies excluded from participation in the Contracting Process, in the Energy and Mining Sector, cannot withdraw this Prequalification Update Notice.

Only the interior envelopes will bear the acronym, company name and the address of the Candidate, so as to allow the Contracting Structure to return the unopened sealed envelope if it has been declared « out of time » or upon receipt of a single envelope.

No sign allowing the identification of the Candidate must be mentioned on the external envelope, in order, to avoid its rejection.

The deadline for submitting Application Files is fixed at sixty (60) days, before 3:00 p.m., from the first publication, in paper format, of this Notice in the Bulletin of Calls for Tenders for the Energy and Mines Sector (BAOSEM).

Any Application received after this deadline will be considered null and void. In all cases, the receipt stamp of the central registry office of the Production Division, or the office receiving offers will be authentic.

In the event that the closing date coincides with a holiday and/or a legal day off, the covers will be deposited the next business day.

Requests for Technical Clarifications on the Prequalification File must be sent in writing to the Contracting Structure, no later than (10) days, before the deadline set for the submission of the Application Files, indicated above.

The Opening and Evaluation of Application Files will be held without the presence of the Candidates.

The Candidates selected at the end of Prequalification process will be included in a Short List which will be published in BAOSEM.
